TICKETS

Do I need to print my ticket?
When you purchased your ticket to Paradise, you would have received an email with your ticket. Either print it off or bring a copy on your phone to be scanned at the front gate. You will be issued a wristband at the gate which you need to keep on all weekend.

I can’t come anymore but want to sell or give my ticket to another person. Can I change the name on my ticket?
Yes you can! A $10 administration fee applies to do this and you can learn how to do it here.

Can I buy a ticket with cash?
Yes you can! You will need to visit our office (located in the Docklands). Please contact info@paradisemusic.com.au to arrange a time.

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately all tickets are sold on a no-refund basis.

Can I resell my ticket?
You are allowed to sell your ticket, but only at face-value or lower.

I have other questions about tickets but the answers aren’t here?!?
For all other ticket enquiries, please contact our ticketing company, Ticketbooth on support@ticketbooth.com.au or 1300 762 344 or the festival on info@paradisemusic.com.au.

AT THE FESTIVAL

When do gates open?
Gates open at midday on Friday, November 27th and close at 4pm on Sunday, November 29th.

What day and time are the acts playing?
All set times will be released closer to the festival date. Keep an eye out on this website for all updates on Paradise news.

What should I bring?
Bring all camping supplies, clothes for all weather conditions, spare phone batteries/chargers, food, drink (including alcohol), a first aid kit, water, sunscreen, sunnies, a hat and great vibes! We stress - it can get very cold and wet at Lake Mountain so pack accordingly.

What items are not allowed?
Gas burners, glass, illicit drugs, fireworks, weapons, anything that could cause harm, lasers, pets, animals and other items at Management’s discretion. See our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Entry for our policy on prohibited items.

Where is the festival held?
Paradise will be held at Lake Mountain Resort, 21km from Marysville.

Can I park my car next to my tent?
Due to the nature of the festival site, all cars will be parked in a carpark within the festival area. If you are camping on site, you will only have a small walk to your tent from your car.

Can I bring my caravan or motorhome?
You sure can! If you choose to do so, you will have to set up in our camper area, which is on asphalt. We think this is one of the best ways to enjoy the festival.

Can we light a campfire?
No. There is a total fire ban at Paradise.

What amenities will be provided?
Toilets, showers and fresh drinking water will be provided to all guests. Unfortunately there will be no accessible power on site.
